Shipping policy

At AsulCraft, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom, personalized, large, or made-to-order purchases may require additional processing time. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $75, when the promotion is available. The order subtotal must meet the required amount after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at asulcraft0214@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of AsulCraft's control. If your tracking shows a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at asulcraft0214@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Please allow additional processing time for custom, personalized, and made-to-order products. Any estimated processing or delivery time provided at checkout does not guarantee a specific arrival date.
